Olivia’s a tomboy from Boston who, from the time she was a kid, was always more interested in whatever was happening outside and especially if it was something that girls weren’t “supposed” to do, like BMX and skateboarding. In middle school, Olivia settled on running and hasn’t stopped running since and loves the healthy competition that’s inherent in group fitness. In her class, you’ll soon discover that Olivia believes in you at least as much or more than your mom does!
If she’s not in the studio, she’s usually reading ― devouring as many as 5 books per month! ― or making really good Thai food or crushing bagels, while impressing the masses with her encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture despite indignantly claiming she doesn’t care about it.

Classes take place on the M3K+ Megaformer and require that participants wear gripped socks and remove their rings.
Triple Threat is 45-minute dynamic circuit training class that blends resistance and cardiovascular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to deliver a smart, intense, effective workout that will yield visible results in less time. The class is divided into 3 lanes with 3 stations in each lane. You’ll spend 45 seconds pushing yourself as much as you can during each interval before moving to the next. No class is the same, so your muscles won’t see what’s coming! You’ll use a variety of equipment and exercises to improve your speed, power, strength, core and endurance, torch body fat and promote lean athletic muscle. Our skilled team of coaches motivates you to crush your limits, giving you the precision of personal training within a team setting. We believe that we are all athletes. Our sport is life.
In our signature Urban Row class, we combine rowing intervals on water-based rowers with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training.
