Cody’s friends call her “Coach Cody” when she invites them to join her in her grueling personal boot camp workouts. Her love of fitness goes way back to when she was a cheerleader and on the track team in high school, which grew into a lifelong love of weight training and boxing.
Cody’s well-rounded fitness background allows her to bring elements from different fitness disciplines to keep her class fresh and inspiring. By day, Cody treats cancer for a living and loves how rewarding it is! When she comes home from her 10-hour shift, she loves to hang out with her dog, Jalapeno, and new husband, Matan, dreaming of where they will travel next!
