Eric is a fitness nut with a passion for alternative workouts. He took his love for competitive swimming in high school and brought that passion to mud runs, Rugged Maniac and other obstacle races. A few years ago, Eric was in a nearly fatal motorcycle accident and made it his goal to prove the doctors wrong by finishing the Savage Race just 11 months. Life swings hard, but Eric is swinging harder!
Eric likes to incorporate his story into his style of teaching. Eric believes that everyone has their own lens which is created by their experiences in life and strives to connect with people by finding a way to relate their experiences to their progress forward. No matter what life throws you, there is a reason for it. It may be to teach you what your limits are, or to show you that your limits lie further than what you thought they did. Growth and change happen when you're out of your comfort zone. One of his biggest fears is complacency. Never settle, never say you can't.
If he’s not helping to guide you closer to your goals, Eric might stop you on the street to say hello to your dog or regale you with his ability to impersonate at least 5 different accents!

Triple Threat is 45-minute dynamic circuit training class that blends resistance and cardiovascular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to deliver a smart, intense, effective workout that will yield visible results in less time. The class is divided into 3 lanes with 3 stations in each lane. You’ll spend 45 seconds pushing yourself as much as you can during each interval before moving to the next. No class is the same, so your muscles won’t see what’s coming!
