Amanda has been teaching a variety of group fitness classes for over 10 years, including cycling, boot camp, running and more. Amanda is a certified personal trainer and health coach and has competed in marathons and triathlons. Originally from the east coast, Amanda attended the University of Michigan and then lived in NYC, SF, Barcelona and now Portland.
In her classes, Amanda encourages people to push past their perceived limits and make the changes that are important to them. When she's not in the studio you can find Amanda exploring the city, traveling, or sharing her adventures on her blog ShapinUp.com.

Triple Threat is 45-minute dynamic circuit training class that blends resistance and cardiovascular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to deliver a smart, intense, effective workout that will yield visible results in less time. The class is divided into 3 lanes with 3 stations in each lane. You’ll spend 45 seconds pushing yourself as much as you can during each interval before moving to the next. No class is the same, so your muscles won’t see what’s coming! You’ll use a variety of equipment and exercises to improve your speed, power, strength, core and endurance, torch body fat and promote lean athletic muscle. Our skilled team of coaches motivates you to crush your limits, giving you the precision of personal training within a team setting. We believe that we are all athletes. Our sport is life.
In our signature Urban Row class, we combine rowing intervals on water-based rowers with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training.
