Whitney Button

Portland native Whitney loves to see Firebrand clients sweat and smile (ideally simultaneously!). Her devotion to Lagree Fitness started in 2011 while she was living in Los Angeles and attending law school. And she has continued to tout the method's ability to combine body awareness, toning, and that cardio heat ever since!

Whitney's fitness past is varied and includes synchronized swimming, modern dance, yoga, and (of course) Lagree. She also loves a good cardio machine (hello stair climber!) and hikes. When she's not in the studio or at her day job, she is probably with family and friends, eating significantly greater than average amounts of popcorn, out walking her rescue terrier and shih tzu or talking about her rescue terrier and shih tzu.

  • Lagree 45 :: Full Body Focus
  • We utilize the revolutionary Lagree Fitness Method to target the entire body but dedicate 25 minutes of this 45-minute class to crank up the heart rate and add intensity with full body, compound movements. We’ll encourage you to pick up the weights and stay on your toes during the core exercises. It doesn’t get any better than this and will push your limits.

    The Lagree Fitness Method is a high-intensity, low-impact game-changer that fuses the intensity of Crossfit with the precision of Pilates to deliver the most effective and complete workout in the shortest amount of time.

    Classes take place on the M3K+ Megaformer and require that participants wear gripped socks and remove their rings.


  • Lagree 45 :: Arms + Abs Focus
  • We utilize the revolutionary Lagree Fitness Method to target the entire body but dedicate 25 minutes of this 45-minute class to getting your heart rate pumping with the signature core moves, plank variations and oblique twisting you love to hate, along with arm isolations to strengthen and sculpt the upper body. We’ll sprinkle in a few lower body movements to round it out. Great for when your legs are hungover or perfect to add to your weekly routine to ensure a well-rounded, ever-changing, effective challenge.
