Cari is a Portland native who moved to England, then ran away to the east coast, before coming back to her roots. She graduated from Rutgers with a BFA in acting and since college has acted all over town. She is now a producer and director at a creative agency and one day she will be the female Spielberg/Anderson/Kubrick/Scorsese this world needs.
In the meantime, you can catch Cari hanging out at the River Pig (against her better judgment!). Cari’s extensive barre background and NASM certification show the girl has skills, but her commitment to heavy pushing squats for the booty gains and moving on that beat drop set her class apart.

Here’s the deal!
A 90-minute class that rotates between:
- 25-minute Lagree Fitness, focus on center core and obliques;
- 25-minute Urban Row, heavy on the cardio and lower body;
- 25-minute Triple Threat, circuit training focus on upper body.
You will need sneakers, gripped socks, towel and water jug - and stamina!
The Lagree Fitness Method is a high-intensity, low-impact game-changer that fuses the intensity of Crossfit with the precision of Pilates to deliver the most effective and complete workout in the shortest amount of time.
Classes take place on the M3K+ Megaformer and require that participants wear gripped socks and remove their rings.
