Kate Cary

Kate is an “OG” Firebrand, instructing since we began. Although this natural athlete can do it all (soccer, cross-country, skiing, volleyball, surfing, etc.), her absolute passion is instructing fitness classes. She loves the energy and accountability of the classes and working with people and learning about their lives and goals.
Kate loves the community at Firebrand, which she described as “like-minded, driven people who go after their dreams one class at a time.” When she’s not helping people shred it, she bartends and is nanny to a total cutie patootie!

Whitney Hull-Benson

Whitney's love of movement comes from her extensive modern dance and ballet background. Rather than focusing on how we "should look" or what we "should do," Whitney is a proponent of just doing what makes you feel good!
She's not going to tell you that you need to improve. She's going to tell you you're amazing as you are and will be there to inspire and motivate you to find out something new about your body. The love of her life? Duncan, a handsome, rescued Chihuahua mix whose favorite color is food.

Abigail Parker

Abigail enrolled in dance lessons at an early age to "use up” her “extra energy." After several years of training, she went on to dance professionally. Her fascination with how fitness could help people reach their maximum potential led Abigail to put her talents to work at Firebrand.
Abigail is driven by a desire to not only improve herself, but inspire others to do the same - no matter what obstacles may stand in the way. When she’s stressed, Abigail finds healing in nature. She also hopes to find it soon in a Husky puppy! 

Kelly Robinson

"Dance has been a part of Kelly’s life for more than 25 years – she taught jazz, hip hop and tap on the way to becoming a Blazerdancer. After a few years of dancing, working out every day and having to maintain a crazy body image for the NBA, Kelly still lost 10 pounds and 4 dress sizes when she discovered Firebrand!
Kelly loves everything about group fitness –especially the motivation. When it gets hard, she focuses on how people will feel after class. Recently married, Kelly is half Colombian and proud dog mom to the ridiculously cute, Gary. "
FireBarre is our signature results-driven, low-impact cardio barre class, uniquely designed to define, tone and elongate muscles while simultaneously elevating your heart rate to a fat burning level using high-intensity interval training. Unlike other barre workouts, FireBarre focuses on more than just shaping the muscles; it melts away the extra pounds so you can see the hard work you put into getting healthier and stronger! FireBarre’s simple, yet effective ballet-inspired conditioning exercises are performed to an energizing beat in a pumped up atmosphere. (Think: high-energy, fun, sweaty dance club!) Our Barre-tenders slowly speed up the tempo of each series to fire up the heart rate, leaving you breathless and shaping the underlying muscles to develop lean legs, delicately defined arms and a trim waist cinched from the inside out.
