Kayla loves the energy and support group fitness brings, particularly knowing that you are not alone and someone else woke up as the ass-crack of dawn to sweat too! Kayla’s a proud dog mom and has way more fun playing catch than her dog, Buffy, does. Be warned: Kayla’s energy can be contagious!
In the meantime, you can catch Cari hanging out at the River Pig (against her better judgment!). Cari’s extensive barre background and NASM certification show the girl has skills, but her commitment to heavy pushing squats for the booty gains and moving on that beat drop set her class apart.
If she’s not in the studio, she’s usually reading ― devouring as many as 5 books per month! ― or making really good Thai food or crushing bagels, while impressing the masses with her encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture despite indignantly claiming she doesn’t care about it.

Beth is kind of a rockstar who really knows what she is doing, having taught three Olympic athletes and focusing on form and bringing her deep knowledge of the body and proper movement every damn time. Next time you are in class, ask her why her nickname is “Frank the Tank.”
