Sara Stimac

Sara is the co-founder and owner of Firebrand. Sara’s love of fitness and sports came from a shared passion with her father, John. She began in ballet and jazz as a kid but quickly outgrew her tutu and traded it in for sneakers. Sara began her fitness career as a step aerobics instructor (grapevine!). Sara counts herself blessed to have discovered Lagree Fitness during her hectic years as an entertainment lawyer in LA.
 
An avid sports fan, Sara brings the coaching element into her classes, along with humor and bumping beats. When she’s not inspiring you to step out of your comfort zone, Sara’s watching the Cubs, taking selfies with her black cats or whipping up some healthy Swedish meatballs.

Kristine Sheldon

The Energizer Bunny’s got nothing on Kristine. This east coast native is all about pushing fitness boundaries – hers – and yours! Kristine loves the “domino effect” in group fitness classes, where you feed off everyone’s energy and end up kicking your own butt!

When she’s not lighting a fire under yo’ booty, Kristine’s out in nature: camping, hiking and drinking wine. Chickens take cover! Kristine’s been known to down 18+ chicken wings in one setting. Easily.

Kelly Robinson

"Dance has been a part of Kelly’s life for more than 25 years – she taught jazz, hip hop and tap on the way to becoming a Blazerdancer. After a few years of dancing, working out every day and having to maintain a crazy body image for the NBA, Kelly still lost 10 pounds and 4 dress sizes when she discovered Firebrand!
 
Kelly loves everything about group fitness –especially the motivation. When it gets hard, she focuses on how people will feel after class. Recently married, Kelly is half Colombian and proud dog mom to the ridiculously cute, Gary. "
A whole-body, cardio-intense class on the RealRyder focused on keeping you moving to the rhythm of the music! We'll hit your cardio, strength and flexibility, maximizing your time. Expect choreography, upbeat music and high energy!
