Pyrolates is our exclusive, experience-focused 50-minute class utilizing the Lagree Fitness method and performed on the Megaformer. Pyrolates is next-generation Pilates, offering an all-in-one workout that delivers total body conditioning by combining the flexibility, alignment and therapeutic benefits of Pilates and yoga, with the intensity and functional strength training of CrossFit, with the cardio and fat-burning advantages of running or cycling … not just in every class – but in every single exercise. Pyrolates is a complete, high-intensity workout with zero impact and no wear and tear on the body. Firebrand is the first and only studio in Oregon licensed to offer the Lagree Fitness method, which has exploded into a globally heralded fitness movement in recent years.


FireBarre is our signature 50-minute results-driven, low-impact cardio barre class, uniquely designed to define, tone and elongate muscles while simultaneously elevating your heart rate to a fat burning level using high-intensity interval training. Unlike other barre workouts, FireBarre focuses on more than just shaping the muscles; it melts away the extra pounds so you can actually see those muscles!


A new spin on spinning, this 55-minute hybrid class is the best of both cardio worlds! We’ll start with 25 minutes of high-energy, cardio-intense Full Tilt Cycling on the RealRyder bike focused on moving to the rhythm of the music with functional choreography! We will finish the class with 25 minutes of FireBarre, where the emphasis will be on moving the body in multiple planes of motion, working the waist, sculpting the arms and stretching. This is an über-efficient, high intensity, calorie torcher! Mix it up and maximize your time and workout!


This complimentary class is a No Judgment Zone as our instructor in training works on developing the teaching skills required to become a full-fledged Firebrand coach! Expect the same sweaty workout as our regular Firebrand classes!
